• Familiarity with the automotive industry and QAD is desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide printed bills of lading and prepare paperwork for domestic and international shipments.
• Modify pick lists and expedite orders with Customer Service and Shipping; maintain billing records.
• Perform ASN and ensure customers receive pertinent shipment information.
• Ensure shipping documents are complete and accurate; update missing information in QAD.
• Generate international bills of lading and attach NAFTA paperwork as needed.
• Call trucking companies for quotes for standard and expedited shipments.
