Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and phone etiquette.
• Ability to manage multiple clerical tasks and deadlines.
• Experience with verifying paperwork and filing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day office tasks (appointments, phones, etc.).
• Create Bills of Lading (BOLs).
• Assign trucks to dock doors and coordinate with drivers.
• Instruct Hi-Lo operations on priorities.
• Check driver IDs and seal trailers.
• Create switcher/shuttle moves as needed.
• Perform bulk receiving at M2 or Mazda.
• Complete yard and refer checks.
• Verify accuracy of paperwork and records.
• Provide customer service and support to operations.
• Manage flow of inbound/outbound trucks.
• Assist with other clerical duties as required.
