Job summary

Pridgeon & Clay is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to act as a liaison between Customer Service, Shipping, and Distribution. You will ensure domestic and international paperwork and billing functions meet company quality standards.

Responsibilities include preparing bills of lading, ASN notifications, coordinating with carriers, and maintaining accurate records. Candidates should be proficient with Outlook/Excel/Word and familiar with QAD in an automotive context.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Windows-based software, specifically Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively and professionally interact with internal and external customers.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent work record, including attendance.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry and QAD are desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide printed bills of lading for parts shipped from the distribution center. Prepare any paperwork necessary to accompany the bills of lading, both domestic and international. Produce a truck list and call carriers as bills are completed.
