Qualifications

• Customer service background in logistics or planning with ability to build a relationship with the customer and handle problem resolution in timely manner.
• Word, Excel, Outlook knowledge with strong emphasis on Excel (V Look Ups, Pivot Table is a plus) used for tracking and analysis.
• Ability to adapt and work in an ever changing, stress induced changing environment.
• Ability to multiitask effectively

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries, escalations, and daily reports across customer orders.
• Build relationships with Key Account control tower staff to understand and meet daily requirements.
• Ensure customer and carrier performance reports are completed weekly/monthly and submitted on time.
• Coordinate scheduling and planning to support inbound and outbound operations.
• Communicate clearly with customers and stakeholders.
• Set up orders in the internal system, including EDI feeds or manual entry.
• Ensure orders are processed timely to meet KPIs and monitor inventory levels.
• Other duties as assigned
