Job summary

Ardent in Lehi, UT is seeking a Compliance Specialist to join our growing 3PL team. You will focus on carrier compliance, onboarding, insurance verification, safety monitoring, and risk management in a hands-on, in-person environment.

This full-time role requires attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to collaborate with sales and operations to meet Ardent’s carrier standards. Training and mentorship are provided.

Responsibilities

• Research and vet motor carriers and trucking companies before approval.
• Review carrier safety, authority, and compliance information.
• Support the carrier onboarding and qualification process.
• Verify carrier documentation and maintain accurate compliance records.
• Review Certificates of Insurance (COIs) to ensure required coverage levels are met.
• Monitor carrier insurance status and documentation.
• Identify potential compliance, safety, and risk concerns.
• Maintain and update carrier information within internal databases and systems.
• Work with sales and operations teams to onboard new carriers.
• Respond to internal questions regarding carrier eligibility and compliance.
