Ardent is hiring an Account Coordinator in Lehi, UT for our 3PL operations. The role focuses on freight operations, shipment coordination, and customer service, with in-house training and opportunities for career growth.

You will schedule pickups, coordinate transportation, and maintain shipments in our TMS while collaborating with sales, customer service, and operations teams. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or transportation is helpful, but not required.
• In-house training program will teach you the skills and systems needed to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Schedule pickup and delivery appointments.
• Coordinate transportation and shipment logistics.
• Communicate proactively with customers, carriers, drivers, and internal teams.
• Monitor shipments to ensure on-time pickup and delivery.
• Resolve freight, scheduling, and transportation issues quickly.
• Provide a high level of customer service and account support.
• Enter, update, and manage shipments within a Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Maintain accurate shipment and customer information.
• Work closely with sales, customer service, and operations teams.
• Help ensure a positive experience for customers and transportation partners.
