Ardent in Lehi, UT is seeking an Account Coordinator to join our 3PL team. You’ll oversee freight operations, shipment coordination, and customer service, managing shipments from pickup to delivery and communicating with customers and carriers.

This in-person role offers a base salary of $50,000 plus commission, with total earnings $70,000+. Training, mentoring, and growth opportunities are provided along with benefits such as health, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or transportation is helpful, but not required.
• Excellent communication over phone and email is essential.
• Interest in logistics, transportation, supply chain, freight brokerage, account management, or operations.

Responsibilities

As an Account Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in freight operations, shipment coordination, and customer service. You’ll manage shipments from pickup through delivery, communicate with customers and carriers, solve transportation issues, and support our sales and operations teams.

Your Role as an Account Coordinator

As an Account Coordinator, you will:

• Schedule pickup and delivery appointments
• Coordinate transportation and shipment logistics
• Communicate proactively with customers, carriers, drivers, and internal teams
• Monitor shipments to ensure on‑time pickup and delivery
• Resolve freight, scheduling, and transportation issues quickly
• Provide a high level of customer service and account support
• Enter, update, and manage shipments within a Transportation Management System (TMS)
• Maintain accurate shipment and customer information
• Work closely with sales, customer service, and operations teams
• Help ensure a positive experience for customers and transportation partners
