Job summary

Ardent in Lehi, UT is seeking an Account Coordinator to join our 3PL team. You’ll oversee freight operations, shipment coordination, and customer service, managing shipments from pickup to delivery and communicating with customers and carriers.

This in-person role offers a base salary of $50,000 plus commission, with total earnings $70,000+. Training, mentoring, and growth opportunities are provided along with benefits such as health, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or transportation is helpful, but not required.
• Excellent communication over phone and email is essential.
• Interest in logistics, transportation, supply chain, freight brokerage, account management, or operations.

Responsibilities

• Schedule pickup and delivery appointments.
• Coordinate transportation and shipment logistics.
• Communicate with customers, carriers, drivers, and internal teams.
• Monitor shipments for on-time pickup and delivery.
• Resolve freight, scheduling, and transportation issues.
• Provide high level of customer service and account support.
• Enter and manage shipments in the Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Maintain accurate shipment and customer information.
• Work with sales, customer service, and operations teams.
• Support a positive experience for customers and transportation partners.
