Arrive Logistics in Chicago, IL, seeks a Compliance Capacity Specialist to partner with the Carrier Compliance Manager. You will onboard carriers, verify insurance and authority, and implement regulatory controls across US, Mexico, and Canada.

You will maintain data in compliance systems, monitor real-time alerts, generate reports, and collaborate with Sales, Operations, and insurers to reduce risk and support growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in logistics, business, or compliance-related fields.
• 2+ years of experience in carrier compliance or transportation operations.
• In-depth knowledge of FMCSA regulations, insurance requirements, and carrier onboarding practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, G-Suite, and compliance/monitoring platforms.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding for new carriers with documentation and authority checks.
• Resolve regulatory concerns for US, Mexico, and Canada carriers.
• Use internal tools to identify and remove non-compliant carriers from the network.
• Support growth by qualifying carriers from prospecting sources.
• Maintain carrier compliance systems reflecting status changes and alerts.
• Review carrier profiles for accuracy and risk and coordinate improvements.
• Monitor real-time compliance alerts and dashboards for changes in authority.
