Ardent Logistics is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Lehi, UT, to support our fast-paced transportation operations and keep freight moving smoothly.

You will track and trace shipments, document updates and exceptions, and communicate with customers, carriers, and internal teams to deliver a seamless experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:30 am to 3:30 pm
• Track and trace daily shipments to ensure on-time delivery
• Accurately document shipment updates, exceptions, and issues
• Communicate proactively with customers, carriers, and internal teams
• Collaborate with sales and other departments to maintain smooth operations
• Deliver excellent customer service and timely problem resolution
