Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in logistics, business, or compliance fields.
• 2+ years of carrier compliance or transportation operations experience.
• Knowledge of FMCSA regulations, insurance requirements, and onboarding practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, G-Suite, and compliance/monitoring platforms.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end onboarding for new carriers with verification of documentation and authority.
• Resolve regulatory concerns for US, Mexico, and Canada carriers to add capacity.
• Use internal tools and third-party monitors to remove non-compliant or high-risk carriers.
• Support growth by qualifying carriers from various prospecting sources.
• Maintain carrier compliance systems with real-time status changes and alerts.
• Review carrier profiles for accuracy and compliance history.
• Generate routine compliance reports and analyze trends for escalation.
