Mihlfeld & Associates is seeking a Customer Services Representative in Springfield, MO to act as the daily problem-solver and trusted contact for clients. You will work closely with assigned accounts, communicating via email and phone to meet client needs quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities include coordinating with carriers and internal teams to resolve issues, provide shipment updates, and guide clients through MA’s online tools.
