Job summary

You will handle orders, liaise with Field Sales, and use CRM/ERP tools to track customer profiles, orders and credit issues, ensuring accurate data and timely responses.

Strong communication, data-entry accuracy, and proficiency with Salesforce/ERP systems are essential; bilingual in English

• 3–5+ years in customer service or inside sales.
• Excellent telephone, writing and listening skills.
• Accurate data entry with attention to detail.
• Proficient in CRM and Microsoft Office, ERP experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct regular phone calls to assigned customers.
• Investigate and resolve customer service issues with ABMNA functions.
• Receive orders and process in the order system.
• Liaise between customers and Field Sales for account management.
• Review reports to ensure shipping schedules and data accuracy.
• Support Field Sales with processing sample requests and price quotes.
