Job summary

Maersk is seeking an Operations Support professional in the United States (Missouri) to answer calls, monitor shipments, and provide excellent customer service. You will track, trace, enter, and update shipments while coordinating with delivery teams to resolve issues in real time.

• Communicating all potential delivery issues to the appropriate internal and external customers.
• Printing, organizing, and processing paperwork associated with the delivery process.
