Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Management, or related field, or foreign equivalent, or suitable combination of education, experience, and training with 5 years of experience in Industrial Engineering or related field OR Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Management, or related field, or foreign equivalent with 3 years of experience in Industrial Engineering
• Demonstration of the following Experience in data visualization software, statistics, operations research, linear programming, forecasting, predictive modeling, relational databases, and/or SQL

Responsabilidades

• Utilize specialized knowledge of the business and areas of expertise to serve as a subject matter expert for the organization
• Interpret business issues and requirements to provide optimal solutions
• Evaluate and solve complex and ambiguous problems using technical and quantitative methods
• Lead and/or support interdisciplinary projects to accomplish business goals; Present complex technical information and sell engineering solutions to external customers and internal leadership
• Build professional relationships with internal and external customers to influence decisions and strategies
• Train, mentor, coach, and onboard junior team members
• Lead collaborations with cross-functional teams to create and implement solutions
