Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. invites applications for an Operations Coordinator in New Albany, OH. The role focuses on managing 4th party carrier relationships, ensuring SOP compliance, delivery performance, and accurate billing, while supporting customer satisfaction in a Fortune 500 logistics environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred.
One year or more related experience required.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Print delivery tickets for inbound trucks and fax them to Network Carriers.
Research and update orders on RTBS reports and coordinate with carriers to schedule.
Process Return Authorizations (RAs) and related items for all locations.
Manage the Open RA report monthly.
Research orders on the Over 50 report and verify delivery or obtain PODs.
Respond to pending invoice questions from the Invoicing Team.
Validate and update complete dates in iDirect for scheduled orders.
Assist Operations Supervisor with building return trucks.
Serve as backup for Operations Supervisor’s phone and email.
