Responsibilities

• Coordinate carrier and IC driver relationships to ensure smooth carrier setup and productivity.
• Understand KPIs to optimize operations and profitability.
• Create and present customer-specific reporting and financial analysis.
• Manage inventory, assets, and carrier assignments to balance equipment.
• Perform administrative tasks: payroll, budgeting, invoicing, and reporting.
• Coordinate yard duties and maintenance scheduling for equipment.
