Qualifications

• Proficient use of MS Office suite and carrier management tools.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate with carriers to meet revenue and margin goals.
• Act as liaison between internal stakeholders and carriers.
• Manage freight in transit with carrier updates for on-time pickups and deliveries.
• Tender loads via Carrier360 and maintain shipment records.
• Communicate service issues to internal teams to minimize costs and inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure safe, best-in-class service.
• Utilize Carrier360 with carrier base to improve efficiency and automation.
• Verify carrier authenticity and tracking before scheduled pickups.
• Stay current on market trends to adjust negotiations accordingly.
• Understand customer service expectations to provide timely transportation updates.
