Priority1 is seeking a driven Business Development Specialist to grow our nationwide Agent Network in the logistics industry. You will prospect, connect with top logistics sales professionals, and identify high-potential Agents to expand our countrywide presence.

This fast-paced, high-volume role requires making 80+ outbound calls daily, building rapport quickly, and presenting the Priority1 opportunity. You will work with the Director to ensure smooth Agent transitions and to meet new-business

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Proven experience in sales or recruitment preferred.
• Self-starter with high energy and competitiveness.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect to identify top talent within the logistics industry.
• Make 80+ outbound calls per day to logistics sales professionals.
• Identify and qualify new Agents to grow the pipeline.
• Sell the Priority1 Agent opportunity and transition qualified prospects.
• Expand Priority1's Agent Network nationwide.
• Meet and exceed new-business quotas as directed.
• Collaborate with the Director for efficient Agent transitions.
