Priority1 is seeking a driven Business Development Specialist to grow our nationwide Agent Network. You will prospect, connect with logistics sales professionals, and identify high-potential Agents to expand our presence across the country.

This fast-paced, high-volume role rewards results and builds a career in logistics. You'll join a team that values energy, competitiveness, and relationship building, with a base salary plus commission and benefits designed to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Proven experience in sales or recruitment preferred but not necessary.
• Proven self-starter with confidence, high energy and competitiveness.
• Naturally enthusiastic and energetic.
• Determined to be part of a winning team.

Responsibilities

• Heavy prospecting to find and identify top talent within the logistics industry.
• Make 80+ outbound calls per day to logistics sales professionals.
• Identify and qualify new potential Agents to continuously grow your pipeline.
• Build rapport and establish trust quickly with prospective Agents.
• Sell the Priority1 Agent opportunity and successfully transition qualified prospects.
• Work closely with the Director to ensure efficient Agent transitions.
• Aggressively expand Priority1's Agent Network throughout the United States through consistent prospecting and solicitation efforts.
• Meet and exceed new business quotas as assigned by the Director.
• Take on additional duties and projects as assigned by the Director.
