Job summary

Priority1 is hiring a driven Business Development Specialist to grow its nationwide Agent Network in the United States. You will prospect, connect with logistics sales pros, and identify high-potential Agents to expand our presence across the country.

This fast-paced role demands relationship building, competitive drive, and a results-oriented attitude as you work with the Director to push Agent transitions and hit new-business quotas.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Proven experience in sales or recruitment preferred but not necessary.
• Self-starter with high energy and competitiveness.
• Energetic and enthusiastic, driven to win.

Responsibilities

• Heavy prospecting to find and identify top talent within the logistics industry
• Make 80+ outbound calls per day to logistics sales professionals
• Identify and qualify new potential Agents to continuously grow your pipeline
• Build rapport and establish trust quickly with prospective Agents
• Sell the Priority1 Agent opportunity and successfully transition qualified prospects
• Work closely with the Director to ensure efficient Agent transitions
• Aggressively expand Priority1's Agent Network throughout the United States through consistent prospecting and solicitation efforts
• Meet and exceed new business quotas as assigned by the Director
• Take on additional duties and projects as assigned by the Director
