Job summary

The Colligere Group LLC in Frisco, TX is seeking a driven Logistics Associate to join our growing team. This role focuses on coordinating shipments, maintaining records, and supporting everyday supply chain operations to keep our business running smoothly.

You will communicate with carriers and internal teams, monitor inbound and outbound shipments, and help identify process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, shipping, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP or logistics software a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve logistics issues.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and logistics data.
• Track freight movements and provide status updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Support supply chain operations by identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements.
• Process shipping documentation, purchase orders, and logistics reports.
• Assist with warehouse coordination and inventory management as needed.
