Job summary

ITS Logistics, LLC is seeking a high-energy individual for the Logistics Associate program in Fort Worth, TX. The role offers a solid foundation with up to 2 weeks of paid training and a path to growth within our brokerage teams, reporting to the Strategic Account Manager.

You will support client logistics coordination, data entry, and shipment visibility, working closely with the brokerage team to ensure timely communication and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• No logistics or supply chain experience required; we will train you.
• Minimum one year administrative or data entry experience.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word)

Responsibilities

• Track shipments through their lifecycle using our systems to ensure visibility to customers.
• Maintain data integrity and accurate records.
• Provide timely customer service, including shipment status updates and portal updates.
• Schedule pickup and delivery appointments at pre-arranged facilities.
• Collect paperwork and ensure records are updated.
• Organize team documents and standard operating procedures.
• Additional duties as assigned.
