Collectors is expanding its grading operations to Plano, TX. We are seeking an Operations Associate to handle receiving, encapsulation, quality control, and shipping in a brand-new market. You will report to the Director of Operations and work from our Plano office Monday through Friday on a 6:30AM - 3:00PM shift.

Open to candidates who can manage multiple tasks, work with cross-functional teams, and maintain high accuracy under pressure. Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Open, separate, and itemize department’s mail by service type.
• Match, count, and check items.
• Verify service type with payment and eligibility.
• Enter item information into the database and print stickers with order details.
• Coordinate with Customer Service and Problem Orders to resolve issues and expedite orders.
• Collaborate with Sales on orders with special deals or pricing.
• Assist cross-functional teams on special projects and deals.
• Encapsulate and seal event tickets.
• Inspect assembled parts and products for defects.
• Verify submission form details, quantities, and labels.
• Sort orders by return carrier service.
• Package orders and attach labels.
• Process shipping for specified return carrier and close orders.
