Job summary

Qualifications

• Industry experience preferred and basic experience in bonded and FTZ operations.
• Detail oriented with ability to balance team and individual responsibilities.
• Bilingual – English and Spanish.
• Microsoft Office proficiency required.
• Freight forwarding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with system reports as required by clients and management.
• Utilize WMS to review warehouse orders, receives, and PODs.
• Assist with billing and client documentation.
• Maintain and enforce Aries Worldwide Logistics and client policies.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with all parties.
• Collaborate in a team environment to plan, organize and implement office enhancements for client needs.
• Review and maintain WMS dashboards and internal metric reports.
