Job summary

Aries Freight Systems Lp is seeking a Warehouse Admin Clerk to support warehouse operations and ensure protocols are followed. The role requires data entry for orders, PODs, and billing, plus upkeep of dashboards and reports.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, strong customer service skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus for interaction with clients and team members.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Industry experience preferred; basic FTZ experience noted.
• Bilingual – English and Spanish.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Detail oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Assist with warehouse reports for clients and management.
• Data entry for warehouse orders, receives, and PODs.
• Assist with warehousing billing and invoicing.
• Maintain Aries Worldwide Logistics policies and procedures for the Warehouse Department.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external parties.
• Work in a team to plan and implement office and warehouse enhancements.
• Perform facility tasks as assigned; exercise discretion in daily tasks.
• Review and update warehouse dashboards and Tableau reports.
