Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Industry Experience Preferred and Basic Experience in Bonded and FTZ operations.
• Detailed oriented.
• Bilingual – English and Spanish.
• Microsoft Office proficient.
• Freight Forwarding Experience preferred.
• Team-focused with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to work without constant supervision.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• WMS experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with system reports as required by clients and management.
• WMS utilization to review Warehouse orders, receives, and PODs.
• Assist with billing.
• Maintain and enforce Aries Worldwide Logistics and Client policies and procedures.
• Communicate professionally with any party that may require interaction.
• Work in a team environment to plan, organize and implement office enhancements for client needs.
• Review and maintain WMS dashboards and internal metric reports up to date.
