Job summary

DSV in USA (Lancaster) is seeking a Customer Service Admin-LBJ FWY to support outbound operations, label control, yard coordination, and routine administrative tasks. The role requires Excel experience and computer literacy, with a Monday–Friday shift pattern.

You will enter shipment data, prepare Bills of Lading, schedule LTL pickups, and maintain orderly paperwork while communicating issues to outbound supervisors in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years’ experience in inventory control or warehousing admin.
• Must be able to operate in unregulated warehouse temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Label control: prepare, distribute, and reprint labels daily.
• Yard coordination: communicate outbound pulls to yard drives.
• Administrative: data entry for shipments, issue seals, and prepare BOLs.
• Support supervision and maintain safety and accuracy in tasks.
