Job summary

DSV – Global transport and logistics is hiring a Customer Service Admin – LBJ FWY in Lancaster, USA for a full-time on-site role. The position supports outbound operations with label control, yard coordination, and administrative duties, requiring Excel experience and general computer literacy.

Responsibilities include data entry, Bills of Lading, carrier scheduling, and ensuring safety and OSHA/MSDS compliance, with shifts across multiple time blocks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of inventory control or warehousing administration experience.
• Intermediate computer skills; proficiency in MS Office.
• English reading, writing, and verbal proficiency.
• Basic to intermediate math skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Label control: prepare, distribute, and reprint daily labels for pallet and carton pickers; maintain flow and document labels.
• Yard coordination: use Y/WMS system to communicate pulls and plugs to yard drivers; assist trailer setup and green-light activation.
• Administrative functions: data entry, issue seals, verify shipment information, prepare Bills of Lading, schedule LTL carriers, file outbound paperwork.
• Safety, sanitation & security: keep work area clean, support warehouse security, secure sensitive documents, distribute tools, follow OSHA/MSDS standards.
• Other duties: operate powered equipment, RF scanners, computers and printers; follow company policies; perform heavy lifting and standing; overtime as required.
