Qualifications

• RF scanners and basic data entry experience.
• English reading/writing/ verbal proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Label control: prepare, distribute, reprint labels for carton/pallet pickers; maintain label flow and document labels issued.
• Yard coordination: communicate outbound pulls and loads to yard drivers; ensure trailer readiness before loading.
• Administrative functions: data entry for shipments; issue seals; verify information for Bills of Lading; schedule LTL pickups; manage paperwork.
• Safety and housekeeping: maintain clean work area; enforce security of seals and documents; follow OSHA and MSDS standards.
• Other duties: operate RF scanners, follow ISO procedures, adapt to changing tasks, and assist in other areas as needed.
