Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to support outbound operations, label control, yard coordination and administrative tasks. The role requires Excel proficiency and general computer literacy, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities include labeling, communicating with yard drivers, preparing Bills of Lading, scheduling LTL pickups, and maintaining orderly paperwork.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years’ experience working in inventory control or warehousing admin.
• Must be computer literate and proficient with Excel.

Responsibilities

• Label Control: prepare, distribute and reprint all labels for carton/pallet pickers daily.
• Yard Coordination: communicate outbound pulls to yard drivers and ensure trailers are ready for loading.
• Administrative Functions: data entry for shipments, Bills of Lading, schedule LTL pickups, file paperwork.
• Safety/Housekeeping: maintain clean, safe work area and comply with OSHA standards.
