Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Hazle Township, PA is seeking a Customer Service Agent, Admin to support outbound operations. You will handle label control, yard coordination and administrative tasks, ensuring accurate data and timely communication with outbound supervisors.

The role requires Excel proficiency, computer literacy and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will work with RF scanners and the WMS to support shipping, loading and documentation

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years’ experience in inventory control or warehousing admin experience.
• Excel experience and computer literacy required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Label Control: prepare, distribute, and reprint all labels for carton/pallet pickers daily; track and document labels.
• Yard Coordination: communicate outbound pulls and plugs to yard drivers using the Y/WMS; ensure trailers are ready for loading.
• Administrative Functions: data entry for shipments; issue seals; prepare Bills of Lading (BOLs); schedule LTL pickups; file outbound paperwork.
• Safety, Sanitation, Security: maintain a clean work area and secure seals/documents; follow OSHA and MSDS standards.
• Other duties: operate RF scanners, use MS Office, and support supervisors; overtime may be required.
