Job summary

The role requires Excel proficiency, strong data entry, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Shifts include Mon-Fri 6am-3pm, 2pm-11pm, and Fri-Sun 6pm-7am.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of inventory control or warehousing admin experience preferred.
• Must be proficient with Excel and data entry.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and work in varied warehouse conditions.

Responsibilities

• Label control: prepare, distribute, and reprint labels and track usage.
• Yard coordination: communicate outbound pulls to yard drivers and ensure trailer readiness.
• Administrative functions: data entry for shipments, issue seals, verify trailer and seal numbers, and prepare Bills of Lading.
• Safety and security: maintain a clean work area and adhere to OSHA/MSDS standards.
• Other duties: operate RF scanners, use MS Office, and assist with overtime as required.
