Job summary

Circle Logistics, Inc. in Cedar Rapids is seeking an entry-level logistics coordinator. You will enter new load orders, track drivers, and communicate with customers to ensure smooth deliveries.

No prior logistics experience is required; you’ll receive hands-on training from day one with access to tools to support scheduling, documentation, and issue resolution. This role offers growth opportunities in a fast-paced 3PL environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• Call center experience is preferred.
• Must have strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize, balance, and organize information while completing multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Google Drive and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Enter new load orders into the proprietary system.
• Initiate check calls to track and trace drivers for pickups and deliveries.
• Communicate with drivers to ensure accurate documentation.
• Monitor freight across multiple sites to ensure accurate delivery times and notify customers of delays.
• Maintain and collect paperwork for each shipment.
• Collaborate with Sales and Dispatch to meet customer needs and resolve issues.
