Job summary

Circle Logistics is seeking a motivated, entry-level Customer Service Representative / Logistics Coordinator in Fort Wayne, IN. You will support day-to-day shipments, enter loads, track drivers, and maintain accurate documentation in our fast-paced office. No logistics experience?

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Call center experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Enter new load orders into proprietary software.
• Initiate check calls to track and trace drivers.
• Communicate internally with drivers to ensure accurate documentation.
• Closely monitor freight via multiple detailed websites to ensure accurate delivery times and notify customers of potential delays.
• Maintain and collect proper paperwork for each shipment.
• Work cooperatively with Sales and Dispatch to provide solutions for customers’ needs and resolve issues.
