Accurate Personnel is seeking a Logistics Billing Specialist to join our Colorado team. You will maintain billing accuracy, prepare KPI reports, generate month-end accruals, and verify carrier rates in TruckMate, while partnering with operations to resolve issues.

The role requires 2–4 years of logistics accounting experience, with at least 6 months in TruckMate and SAP. Strong organizational and teamwork skills are essential in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain logistics accounting functions and ensure billing accuracy.
• Prepare weekly KPI reports.
• Generate month-end reports and accruals.
• Verify carrier rates in TruckMate.
• Perform 3-way matching of carrier invoices.
• Provide guidance and supervision to Billing Specialists.
• Set invoices up for approval and payment.
• Monitor and reconcile carrier aging statements.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies with carriers.
• Resolve billing issues in collaboration with operations.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
