Job summary

Transportation Insight LLC seeks a detail-oriented analyst to review weekly freight bills for accuracy and to process customer invoices for assigned accounts. The role involves communicating with carrier personnel and customers, trouble‑shooting issues, and coordinating with internal teams to improve processes.

Minimum 3 years of experience and a BS/BA in business or equivalent, with solid Excel and analytical skills. This full-time position operates in a standard office setting in Missouri.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in business or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a related role.
• Basic freight rate knowledge; strong spreadsheet and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Freight Bill Analysis: Review weekly freight bills for assigned clients.
• Trouble-shoot and resolve issues with freight bills in an “audit” status.
• Communicate direct with carrier personnel on carrier issues.
• Process weekly/monthly invoices to customers.
• Communicate directly with customers for customer issues.
• Client Management: Make customer satisfaction the primary driver for quality processes.
• Ensure issues are addressed immediately and inform the appropriate parties for on-time resolution.
• Provide client feedback to the organization.
• Coordinate with other company departments where processes touch those groups.
• Develop a working understanding of the internal technologies required for daily functions.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve current processes.
• Other duties as assigned
