The role requires strong analytical and negotiation skills, experience with TMS/ERP systems, and proficiency in Excel. You will manage accessorial charges, audits, and contract compliance while supporting internal teams.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in transportation, logistics, freight operations, carrier management, or accessorial billing.
• Strong understanding of transportation and logistics operations.
• Experience managing carrier relationships and cost-control initiatives.
• Proficiency with TMS, ERP, and Excel.

Aufgaben

• Manage all transportation-related accessorial charges, including detention, layover, driver assist, lumper fees, stop-offs, re-delivery fees, fuel surcharges, and other costs.
• Audit accessorial charges to ensure accuracy and fairness; review, validate, and approve invoices and billing requests.
• Maintain records of approved charges and ensure compliance with contracts, policies, and regulations; support audits.
