You will report to the Director, Account Management and collaborate with carrier sales teams to optimize loads, scheduling, and on-time performance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in sales or customer service, preferably in truck brokerage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with initiative and urgency.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Independent work style with proactive approach and leadership.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities for lasting relationships.

Aufgaben

• Forge and sustain strong customer relationships, primary contact for seamless service.
• Provide proactive inbound and outbound communication, address queries and provide updates.
• Strategically builds loads with accurate shipment details and documentation.
• Coordinate scheduling for pick-up and delivery, optimizing efficiency and punctuality.
• Collaborate with carrier sales teams to meet and exceed expectations.
• Oversee daily load management and resolve issues to maintain on-time performance.
• Troubleshoot transit challenges to maintain service integrity.
• Contribute to team goals with innovative thinking.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
