Sheer Logistics is a leading logistics provider focused on transparency and value through technology-enabled supply chain solutions. We seek an Account Manager to act as primary liaison for assigned accounts, drive load growth, and deliver outstanding customer service.

Based in our Chicago office, this role combines in-office collaboration Tuesday–Thursday with remote work on Monday and Friday. Ideal candidates have a BA/BS or equivalent, High School Diploma, and 3PL experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required; BA/BS preferred.
• 3PL experience is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact across the Book of Business for assigned accounts.
• Maintain relationships to grow wallet share and ensure load growth.
• Provide exceptional customer service on assigned accounts with timely communication.
• Handle load building, track & trace, appointment setting, and document retrieval.
• Daily dispatching and high levels of customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Resolve issues to satisfy carriers, customers, and Sheer Logistics.
