Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience in logistics preferred.
• Minimum of three years' experience in customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with accounts and team members.
• Track growth/decline of accounts and identify new opportunities.
• Enter bids and note communication with customers using TMS.
• Provide quick solutions to customer problems.
• Build and increase industry knowledge.
• Main point of contact for customers.
• Assist accounting with invoicing problems.
• Generate sales among existing customer accounts.
• Service multiple customer accounts concurrently.
