Expeditors, a Fortune 500 global logistics leader, is seeking a Local Account Manager in Folcroft, PA to support and grow assigned customer accounts by delivering outstanding service, building strong relationships, and spotting opportunities for growth.

You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are understood and fulfilled, maintaining accurate records and driving improvements across the account.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, customer service, or business development.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to document and convey customer requirements clearly.
• Proven problem-solving and cross-team coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow up.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Experience handling complex accounts across multiple stakeholders.
• Solid presentation and project management skills.

• Manage assigned customer accounts and maintain strong day-to-day relationships.
