Job summary

UNIS is seeking a customer-focused Account Manager to serve as the primary connection between assigned customers and warehouse operations. You will coordinate daily logistics needs, maintain accurate documentation, and help deliver a reliable, high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

You will act as the main contact for accounts, scheduling inbound and outbound appointments with warehouse teams, preparing shipping and billing documentation, and generating reports to monitor

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer service, account management, warehouse operations, logistics, transportation, or related supply-chain environment.
• Working knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory, shipping/receiving, and transportation coordination.
• Experience using a WMS, Microsoft Office Suite, and customer reporting tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, providing timely updates and responsive service.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound appointments with warehouse teams to meet customer requirements.
• Prepare and maintain accurate shipping, receiving, inventory, billing, and customer documentation.
• Produce receiving, OS&D, inventory, shipment-status, and customer-specific reports.
• Resolve routine operational and billing issues by partnering with warehouse, inventory, transportation, and administrative teams.
