Job summary

UNIS is seeking a customer-focused Account Manager to serve as the primary connection between assigned customers and warehouse operations. You will coordinate daily logistics needs, maintain accurate documentation, and help deliver a reliable, high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

You will act as the main contact for accounts, scheduling inbound and outbound appointments with warehouse teams, preparing shipping and billing documentation, and generating reports to monitor

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer service, account management, warehouse operations, logistics, transportation, or related supply-chain environment.
• Working knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory, shipping/receiving, and transportation coordination.
• Experience using a WMS, Microsoft Office Suite, and customer reporting tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.

• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities accurately in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Requirements

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience supporting third-party logistics, distribution, or high-volume warehouse accounts.
• Experience with customer billing, discrepancy resolution, and OS&D reporting.
• Comfort using AI-enabled tools or automation to improve reporting, communication, and productivity.
• Flexibility to provide occasional after-hours support during critical operational situations.
