• Coordinate Service Requests: Handle cross-docks, pallet reworks, mobile lumping, storage, disposal, and redelivery per customer needs.
• Drive Account Growth: Identify opportunities to increase utilization and expand relationships across teams and locations.
• Oversee Service Execution: Coordinate with operations and warehouse facilities to ensure requests are completed accurately.
• Resolve Issues Quickly: Own customer challenges and drive fast, practical resolutions.
• Monitor Account Health: Track activity, usage, feedback, and relationship health to support retention.
• Maintain Strong Communication: Keep customers informed with responsive, high-quality service.
