Ally Logistics seeks an Account Development Representative to support, maintain, and grow a book of spot-focused accounts. You will act as both account manager and assistant, building strong relationships across customers and internal teams.

The role emphasizes developing strategies with account teams and sales leadership, handling day-to-day duties, and driving upsell opportunities while staying current on market trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement account strategies with teams to grow relationships.
• Assist in developing customer SOPs and escalate issues as needed.
• Communicate potential issues with operations and customers.
• Bid on spot market opportunities and coordinate with leadership.
• Manage day-to-day duties to ensure timely loads and billing.
