Job summary

PLS Logistics Services in Nashville is seeking a results-driven sales representative to learn our logistics model and grow a portfolio of clients through cold calling. You will participate in paid training and work with top leaders to develop your network and close deals.

In this role you will negotiate pricing, manage client service issues to resolution, and be rewarded with uncapped commissions, a $1k signing bonus, and robust growth opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field (preferred).
• +2 years of experience in cold calling.
• Self-motivated and driven.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn about PLS Logistics Services and the logistics industry.
• Participate in fully paid training and orientation.
• Grow your client portfolio through cold calling.
• Negotiate pricing to close deals.
• Provide exceptional client service and resolve issues.
