BBI Logistics is seeking an Account Executive to drive growth in the fast-paced brokerage business. You will build and manage your own book of business through regular communication with carriers and customers, focusing on delivering value and competitive freight costs.

You will leverage our proprietary TMS, conduct high-volume outreach, and negotiate rates while maintaining excellent customer service. The role offers uncapped commissions and a path for advancement within a growing company.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume outbound sales and lead generation.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deals and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and qualify prospects.
• Execute 80+ cold calls per day to build relationships with prospects and existing customers.
• Stay up to date on industry trends to provide and negotiate freight costs to customers and carriers.
• Manage freight movement and problem solve in real time using our proprietary TMS software.
• Proactively communicate updates to customers and carriers.
