BBI Logistics in Florida is seeking an Account Executive to lead the fast-paced brokerage side, building and managing your own book of business through constant communication with carriers and customers.

You will generate leads, execute 60+ cold calls per day, negotiate freight costs, and coordinate freight movement using our proprietary TMS. We offer uncapped commissions and top performers routinely reach six figures by year two, with a clear career path and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume sales or account management.
• Ability to generate leads and qualify prospects.
• Comfort with long cold-calling sessions and weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Creatively self-generate leads and qualify prospects.
• Execute 60+ cold calls per day to build relationships with prospects and existing customers.
• Stay up to date on industry trends to provide and negotiate freight costs to customers and carriers.
• Manage freight movement and problem solve in real time by utilizing our proprietary TMS software.
• Proactively communicate when resolving issues and provide updates to customers and carriers.
