Job summary

BBI Logistics, LLC is hiring an Account Executive to drive new business in the fast-paced brokerage space. You will build and manage your own book of business, communicating with carriers and customers to move freight efficiently.

Ideal candidates are confident, persistent, and motivated by uncapped commissions. The role requires long calls, weekend flexibility, and a competitive, results-driven mindset. Training and career growth are provided.

Qualifications

• Confident in initiating calls and driving conversations with prospects.
• Able to handle rejection and persist toward sales goals.
• Willing to work after hours and weekends as needed.
• Competitive and self-motivated with a drive to win.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through cold outreach and referrals.
• Make 60+ cold calls daily to build relationships with prospects.
• Stay informed on freight industry trends to price and negotiate costs.
• Coordinate freight movements using the company’s TMS system.
• Communicate proactively with customers and carriers to resolve issues.
